We receive transaction confirmation data from our payment processor (Paddle). We do not purchase personal data from third-party data brokers.

All providers are contractually bound to use your data only to provide services to us. We may also disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users or the public.
When you use a YesTeachers tool, the content you submit is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. This is essential to the function of the Service.
We do not use your tool inputs, classroom content, or student data to train AI models. Anthropic's API terms also prohibit using API inputs for model training by default.
We recommend you do not include personally identifiable student information (full names, ID numbers, contact details) in tool inputs. Use anonymised or example names when testing with student work.
AI-generated outputs are session-based and are not permanently stored on our servers unless you explicitly save them through a future save feature.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as our Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, Paddle collects and processes your payment information (card details, billing address) directly. YesTeachers does not store your card number or CVV.
Paddle's handling of your payment data is governed by Paddle's Privacy Policy. We receive only transaction confirmation and subscription status from Paddle.
For bKash payments, your bKash number and transaction reference are shared with us and bKash to process and confirm payment. bKash's own privacy policy applies to their handling of your data.

YesTeachers is designed for teachers and educational professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Teachers should not enter personally identifiable student data (names, ID numbers) into tool inputs — anonymise student work before submission.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or emailing your registered address. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
