Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, your contract for payment is with Paddle, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. These Terms govern your use of the YesTeachers platform itself.
By accessing or using YesTeachers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
YesTeachers is an AI-powered educational content generation platform designed exclusively for teachers and educational professionals. The Service enables users to produce classroom-ready materials in seconds using artificial intelligence.
Additional features include curriculum/standard alignment, source material upload (Pro), preset saving, PDF export, multi-language output, and a cloud-based dashboard accessible from any device.
The Service is provided via a web application at yesteachers.com and accessed through any modern web browser. No software installation is required.

Guest access (no account required) is available for demo purposes with limited functionality and pre-filled example data.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, who handles all payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards. bKash is also accepted for users in Bangladesh — specific bKash checkout terms are presented at the point of purchase.
All transactions are encrypted and processed over HTTPS. YesTeachers does not store your card details — these are held securely by Paddle.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms without prior notice.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g. student essays, source material, rubrics). You grant YesTeachers a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your submitted content to train AI models.
AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal, classroom, and institutional educational use. You may use, adapt, print, and distribute them within your school. You may not commercially resell generated content as an original standalone product.
The YesTeachers brand, interface, codebase, and technology are our proprietary property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
YesTeachers uses large language model APIs to generate educational content. You acknowledge that:
YesTeachers is a teacher productivity tool. The teacher remains fully responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated materials used with students.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YesTeachers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to YesTeachers in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
As Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for payment processing, payment disputes are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
