This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through yesteachers.com, operated by YesTeachers (sole proprietor). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a free trial and a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on first payments so you can evaluate the Service before committing. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.

02 Free Trial

YesTeachers may offer a free trial period to new subscribers via promo code. During the trial:

03 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial charge โ€” no questions asked.

To qualify for the 7-day guarantee:

We will process your refund promptly upon verification. Your subscription will be cancelled at the same time.

04 Monthly Renewals

For recurring monthly charges after the first payment, we do not offer refunds for partial months as a standard policy. However, we will consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

We do not issue refunds for renewal charges due to: forgetting to cancel, unused generations, dissatisfaction with AI output quality, or change of mind after 7 days of the first payment.

05 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation:

There are no cancellation fees. To cancel, email rragrofarmsbd@gmail.com with your registered email address, or use the account settings in your dashboard.

Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before renewal to ensure processing time.

06 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Provide your registered email address, the date of the charge, the plan name, and a brief reason for your request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days and will confirm the outcome via email.

Approved refunds are initiated through Paddle back to your original payment method. See processing times below.

07 Refund Processing Times

Once a refund is approved and initiated through Paddle, processing times depend on your payment method:

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. If you do not see the refund after the expected time, contact your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

08 Paddle & Merchant of Record

As our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited is responsible for processing all payments and refunds on our behalf. When a refund is approved by YesTeachers, it is initiated through Paddle's system.

In some regions, Paddle's own buyer protection policies may apply. You can also contact Paddle directly for billing queries via paddle.com/legal/buyers. However, for the fastest resolution, we recommend contacting YesTeachers directly first.

09 bKash Payments

For users in Bangladesh paying via bKash:

If you have a dispute about a bKash charge that you believe was unauthorised, please contact us immediately at rragrofarmsbd@gmail.com.

10 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

11 Disputes & Chargebacks

We always prefer to resolve issues directly. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We respond quickly and will resolve legitimate issues promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with supporting documentation.

For payment disputes handled through Paddle, their dispute resolution process may also apply. Contact rragrofarmsbd@gmail.com and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.
